In terms of returns, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

1. Submit a request: Within 30 days, apply for a return through our customer service email （support@teaago.com）and provide order details.
2. Await approval: We will confirm the return/exchange plan and provide the return address within 24 hours
3. Return the item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and include a note in the return package stating the reason for the return, order number, name, and contact information.
4. Process the refund:  Upon receiving the returned item, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund, including exchanging the item, refunding points, or issuing a refund.

Please note

1. When returning the tea, please ensure the packaging is intact and unopened, and attach the purchase receipt. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Generally, opened tea cannot be returned. However, if there are quality issues with the tea you purchased, even if it's opened, we will still provide you with a return service.
3. We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving and confirming the returned item. The specific refund time may vary depending on the payment method and the bank's processing time.

Additionally, please let us know if you would like to exchange the item, earn store credit, or receive a refund for the cost of the item.
